HomePilot connects Washington homeowners with licensed home service professionals. Work is performed by independent professionals who contract directly with you.
Information on this site
Our guides describe general conditions, permit arrangements and material considerations in Washington State. Requirements vary by jurisdiction and change over time. Confirm anything that matters to your project with the relevant permit office or with the professional doing the work.
Your responsibilities
Provide accurate information when you submit a request. Review any contract before signing it, and satisfy yourself as to the suitability of any professional before engaging them. We encourage every homeowner to verify a contractor’s credentials independently using Washington L&I’s public register.
Contracts for work
Any agreement for work is between you and the professional. Terms, pricing, scheduling, warranties and performance are matters for that agreement.
